MMS Messages fall into two categories
MMS Light, which are MMS Messages that are under 300kB (kilobyte), and is billed purely by volume.
Standard MMS, any MMS over 300kB is billed at the volume-based scale + the GPRS Tarif rate of R0.50 per 100kB, e.g. 0.05c per 10KB
